could you be more precise? i'm curious. i tend to find most poets i like through livejournal honestly, friends and communities. very very rarely i'll pick up a hard copy zine or periodical--by which i mean to say once every few years, if that. a few poets/poems i find randomly by browsing other places online, generally when they're mentioned by name as an aside while i'm researching a poet whose work i like.
