Hello :) I'm searching for a poem titled "Whippoorwill." I've been searching but I can't seem to find it... It's not the one by Ron Rash, Emily Dickinson, Paul Clement Czaja... I read this poem over four years ago but one image from it stayed very strongly with it--something about black tape stuck up and twisted and binding around the body maybe? The poet also talks about her family--her father, I think. If anyone can point me to the poem, I'd be really grateful! :)
And a poem for all you lovely people, by the Korean poet Chunsu Kim--
Flower
Until I spoke his name,
he had been
no more than a mere gesture.
When I spoke his name,
he came to me
and became a flower.
Now speak my name,
one fitting this color and odor of mine,
as I spoke his name,
so that I may go to him
and become his flower.
We all wish
to become something.
You to me and I to you
wish to become an unforgettable gaze.
